Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team. The Production Supervisor will oversee the production process at our school, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and organize production schedules to meet school's needs and deadlines

- Manage and supervise production staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations

- Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed to ensure quality and efficiency

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and timely production of materials

- Maintain inventory levels and order necessary supplies

- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards

- Troubleshoot any production issues and implement solutions to improve processes

- Keep accurate records of production data and report on progress to management

- Continuously seek ways to improve production processes and reduce costs

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production supervisor or similar role

- Strong leadership and management skills

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Knowledge of production processes and procedures

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and production software

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
