Managing Lead A&P Mechanic (Mesa, AZ)

We’re looking for a dedicated Managing Lead A&P Mechanic to join our life-saving team in Mesa, AZ . Responsibilities:
- Oversee maintenance operations and ensure aircraft airworthiness.
- Manage daily inspections, repairs, and stock levels for assigned aircraft.
- Review maintenance documentation to meet FAA and company standards.
- Ensure compliance with RAMCO entries and maintenance tracking.
- Lead and communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor parts inventory and tool calibration schedules.
Requirements:
- FAA A&P Certificate.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a certified mechanic.
- Strong communication and computer skills.
- Ability to travel and work night shifts as needed.
- Experience in sheet metal or avionics troubleshooting preferred.
