ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
The Accounts Payable individual will be assisting our team in compiling and maintaining accounts payable records for our properties. We are looking for prior AP experience, strong communicator, efficient, organized, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 Hourly
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Vacation and Sick, 401K
Responsibilities
Opens mail daily.
Prepare, reconcile, and post daily Grill sales and deposits in Yardi
Manage and create house account invoicing, catering billing, and payment reconciliation
Track and coordinate permits and license payments
Track and coordinate permits and license payments
Prepare and reconcile Salons’ daily sales; correct discrepancies
Calculate Salon payroll commissions and tips for each pay period
Review and enter Food Service, Regional Activities, Salons’ accounts payable invoices into Yardi
Reconcile check runs and resolve vendor-related issues
Gather receipts and reconcile credit card statements for multiple departments and post into Yardi
Reconcile and post charges to fuel cards
Track petty cash receipts, reconcile balances, and submit monthly reports
Maintain permit/license records, vehicle renewals, and office supply orders
Update vendor information in Yardi and manage Uline invoices
Keep assistant up to date on GL coding, deposits, and A/P procedures
Assist departments with payment status updates, vendor resolution, and general accounting questions
Vehicle renewal for Regional Activities and Food Service
Ongoing communication with the Corporate accounting department to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Supervise and train seasonal accounting employees
Ensures effective telephone, mail and email communications both internally and externally to maintain a professional image.
Participate as needed in special department projects as assigned
Position duties and work schedule may change according to business needs at any time or as instructed by management.
Job Qualifications
Minimum Education: Associates Degree.
Minimum Experience: 2 years.
Preferred Experience: 3-5 years, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Yardi experience required
