What You’ll Do:

1. Follow up with inbound buyer and seller leads
2. Build strong relationships through client consultations
3. Manage listings, conduct open houses, and guide transactions
4. Keep CRM and notes up to date for lead tracking and communication
5. Work closely with the team to improve and scale your production

Who We’re Looking For:

1. A licensed real estate agent (AZ license required)
2. Someone who is coachable, motivated, and ready to grow
3. Excellent communicator and relationship builder
4. Comfortable with technology and daily use of CRM tools
5. Goal-oriented and organized with good follow-through
