Agent Outreach - Cold Calling | Long Term | Remote

We are the team of real estate company. We provide a comprehensive ecosystem for real estate entrepreneurs, combining advanced CRM technology with AI-powered property intelligence and elite marketing automation.

We are looking for a dedicated, full-time Outreach Specialist. This is NOT a gig or project role—we want a long-term team member who grows with us.

Unlike typical cold calling, you will NOT be calling homeowners. Your job is to engage professionally with licensed Real Estate Agents to uncover off-market deals and build relationships that generate consistent deal flow. You will be the professional face of our acquisitions arm.

* Professional Outreach: Make 150–200+ outbound calls daily to real estate agents using our curated lead lists.
* Qualify & Source: Identify agent motivation and off-market potential before properties hit the MLS.
* CRM Mastery: Keep our GoHighLevel-based CRM updated with accurate notes and managed follow-up sequences so no warm lead goes cold.
* Relationship Building: Act as a "force multiplier" for our team by becoming a trusted point of contact for agents.
* Enterprise Systems: Full access to our customized REICB CRM and automated workflows.
* Quality Leads: We focus on curated lists so you spend your time calling, not prospecting.
* Elite Training(Navy Seals): Comprehensive onboarding, weekly workshops, and ongoing coaching based on proven frameworks like the "StoryBrand" model.
* The Expert Voice: Clear, confident spoken English with a neutral/American-style accent easily understood by US agents.
* Sales Background: Prior cold calling or outbound sales experience is required (Real Estate experience is a major plus).
* Disciplined Self-Starter: You hit daily dial targets and maintain focus without micromanagement.
* Technical Setup: A quiet home office with a reliable, stable internet connection and a noise-canceling headset.
* Growth Mindset: High "hunger" to earn; base pay is solid, but top earners make significantly more through commissions.
* **Base Pay:** UP TO $8.00/hr (based on skills and experience).
* **Uncapped Commissions**: Performance bonuses paid on every deal closed from your leads.
* Upward Mobility: Top performers are groomed for Acquisitions Manager or Senior Closer roles within the company.
