Description:
About Sunshine Residential Homes: Sunshine Residential Homes is dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing environment for children who have experienced abuse, neglect, or abandonment. Our foster group homes primarily care for sibling groups, offering a supportive, family-like atmosphere. With regular office hours (Sunday-Thursday, 8 AM–5 PM (currently hiring) or Tuesday-Saturday 8 AM-5 PM), you'll also need flexibility to respond to occasional staffing issues or emergencies. Program Managers rotate weekend on-call responsibilities approximately once every five weeks.
Responsibilities:

- Regularly visit homes (announced and unannounced) to monitor quality of care, compliance, and children's well-being.
- Coordinate and oversee daily operations, ensuring children's academic and behavioral health needs are met.
- Serve as a key liaison between house staff, administrative team, schools, and community partners.
- Respond promptly to urgent staffing or child-related emergencies.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members, promoting a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship to House Managers.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule every fifth weekend.
