Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Job Type: Full-Time | School-Based Setting
Salary Range: $80,000 to $90,000 (DOE)

Job Summary : We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to provide speech and language therapy services for K-12+ students with diverse developmental needs. The ideal candidate will collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to support student communication goals and educational success.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students
• Conduct evaluations and prepare detailed assessment reports
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and IEP goals
• Support students using AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) devices
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP discussions
• Collaborate with teachers, OTs, PTs, and other specialists
• Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Communicate effectively with parents/caregivers regarding student progress
• Maintain required records and comply with documentation standards
  

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Arizona SLP license/certification
• Arizona Department of Education SLP Certificate
• Current NPI and eligibility for Medicaid billing
• Experience working with pediatric, school-based, or special education populations preferred
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with AAC devices and developmental disabilities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to create individualized treatment plans
• Passion for supporting students’ educational and communication growth
