End User Services Support Technician
Description:
We are seeking a personable and dependable End User Services Support Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, communicates clearly, and has a solid foundation in troubleshooting common technical issues. While technical skills are important, a positive attitude, empathy, and willingness to learn are what truly set the right candidate apart.
This is not a hardware engineering role — we’re looking for someone who can quickly and effectively respond to support inquiries from our end users, providing excellent service and clear communication.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve end user support requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Use remote desktop tools (e.g., BeyondTrust/Bomgar) to assist users.
- Troubleshoot common hardware issues (e.g., laptops, monitors, routers, audio headsets).
- Support both Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Assist with basic application support (e.g., M365 apps, Adobe, browsers).
- Communicate technical issues clearly and empathetically to non-technical users.
- Document issues and resolutions in ticketing systems (we use Remedyforce).
- Escalate complex issues to higher-tier support when necessary.
- Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor at all times.
- Manage multiple support requests efficiently and effectively.
- Contribute to documentation and internal knowledge base.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed.
eQualifications:
- Basic understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Familiarity with common office applications and internet browsers.
- Experience with remote support tools (BeyondTrust/Bomgar preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
- Experience with ticketing systems (Remedyforce or similar).
- Good time management and multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to learn and grow into new responsibilities.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs if needed.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
