Renewable Finance Account Executive ( non-sales)
Our client is a leading FinTech point-of-sale solar financing company providing innovative solutions to property owners. With over a century of legacy behind their product manufacturing, they’ve developed a powerful platform that simplifies and streamlines solar sales and operations, setting new standards across the industry. About This Opportunity
Our client is seeking an Account Executive to help grow their national network of solar installer partners. This is a hybrid position based in Salt Lake City Utah . In this role, you'll handle both inbound interest from solar and energy efficiency contractors and perform proactive outreach to identify new potential partners.
The ideal candidate is personable, highly organized, and able to quickly connect with prospective partners via phone or virtual presentations. A strong conceptual understanding of residential solar is key. Success will be measured by onboarding qualified installer partners and executing their first PPAs. Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for partner sales and operations
- Manage a high volume of accounts to drive consistent partner growth
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and communicate them to clients and the executive team
- Provide consultative and strategic marketing guidance to partners
- Work collaboratively with internal sales teams to develop, maintain, and grow relationships
- Troubleshoot and optimize campaign performance
- Oversee and manage strategic, high-visibility client relationships
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients—sharing insights and identifying new revenue opportunities
- Execute initial product setup and onboarding for new partners
- Conduct ongoing market and competitive intelligence research
- Track and evaluate key metrics to assess channel growth
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Manage documentation such as EPC agreements, NDAs, and compliance paperwork
- Deliver timely reporting and analysis to internal stakeholders
- Recommend process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce the cost of solar delivery
- Work cross-functionally with clients, operations, and leadership teams
- 3+ years of experience in B2B account management
- Background in Solar, Home Energy, General Construction, or Finance preferred
- Familiarity with residential energy products and financing options
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively
- Proficient with CRM tools; experience with Zoho is a plus
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university preferred
- W2 position with bonus and incentive opportunities
- First-year expected earnings: $60K–$70K
- Health benefits are not currently offered but are expected to be added soon

- Flexible Monday–Friday schedule, approximately 40 hours per week
