What is OCI Developer and Observability Products team?
The OCI Developer and Observability Products Group is constructing a robust suite of products aimed at supporting and enhancing the developer experience and monitoring and operational capabilities of OCI services. This group provides a comprehensive set of tools and technologies to ensure efficient and effective management of OCI's operations.
By developing these products, the group aims to empower OCI services with the necessary resources to excel in their operational roles, ultimately contributing to the overall success and reliability of OCI's offerings. This initiative is a strategic step towards strengthening OCI's position in the market by prioritizing service performance and customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**
As an Engineering Manager you will own the vision and execution of software design and development for major components of Oracle's Cloud Infrastructure. You should have technical depth, architectural know how, be a distributed systems generalist, strong people and process manager and be able to dive deep into any part of the stack and low-level systems. You should value simplicity and scale, work comfortably in a collaborative, agile environment, and be excited to learn.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $109,200 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
