What We Need You to Do

• Lead and manage a civil construction crew on projects involving earthwork, grading, road building, and underground utilities

• Interpret and execute project plans, blueprints, and specifications with precision

• Coordinate equipment, materials, and labor to maximize productivity and minimize downtime

• Serve as the go-to leader on site , ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency are never compromised

• Communicate clearly with project managers, subcontractors, inspectors, and crew members

• Monitor job progress daily, identify issues early, and solve problems before they slow us down

• Set the tone for work ethic, professionalism, and accountability— your crew will follow your lead

• Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant job site

• Help train, mentor, and develop crew members—we’re building more than jobs here; we’re building careers

What You Bring to the Table

• Proven experience as a Foreman in civil construction, especially in sitework, utilities, and/or roadway construction

• Ability to read and interpret site plans, grades, and specifications with confidence

• Strong leadership and communication skills—you know how to get the best out of people without barking orders

• Commitment to safety-first practices and promoting a safety culture on site

• Solid knowledge of heavy equipment operation, maintenance, and crew coordination

• High standards of quality and pride in your work—you care about getting the job done right

• Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to project sites across the region

• Bonus if you bring experience with GPS machine control, storm drainage systems, or DOT projects
