About the Role

Movement for Life Physical Therapy is expanding and seeking a Physical Therapist to join our employee-owned, outpatient private practice in Green Valley, AZ. This position offers mentorship for new grads, specialty support, and flexible scheduling in a collaborative and patient-centered environment.

• Full-time preferred, 40 hours per week

• Part-time and PRN candidates considered

• Specialty opportunity: A part-time Pelvic Floor position is also available

Caseload and Specialty Development

• Work with a diverse outpatient orthopedic caseload, including:

  • Sports injuries

  • Pre and post-operative care

  • Injury prevention and conditioning

  • Specialty areas such as Concussion, Cupping, Hand Therapy, Neurologic Rehab, Parkinson’s, Pelvic Floor, Vestibular, IASTM, Pediatrics, Oncology and Lymphedema

• Support for specialty niches is available

• New grads welcome – mentorship provided for a confident start

Work Schedule

• Clinic hours: 7:20 AM to 5:00 PM

• Flexible scheduling: 4x10s or 5x8s available

• No weekends or holidays

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range: $80,000 to $105,000 per year, based on experience and specialty certifications

Job Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy, DPT, or equivalent standing

• Arizona PT licensure or eligibility
