We are looking for a skilled Escrow Officer specializing in Refinance who shares our passion for excellence and will uphold our reputation as a trusted, resourceful partner in every closing.

Responsibilities

• Manage refinance transactions from opening through closing with accuracy and efficiency
• Prepare, review, and balance Closing Disclosures while ensuring TRID compliance
• Request and verify payoff demands and resolve title issues such as liens, judgments, and easements
• Accurately disburse funds, reconcile escrow accounts, and prepare settlement statements
• Maintain clear communication with lenders, brokers, borrowers, and team members
• Build and sustain strong relationships with national mortgage brokers and banks
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and cybersecurity protocols

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of refinance-specific escrow experience with proven ability to handle a large transaction volume
• Direct experience working with national lenders such as Rocket Mortgage, UWM, and other large brokers and banks
• Comprehensive understanding of refinance processes including Closing Disclosures, title clearance, payoff demands, and disbursements
• Strong financial and mathematical skills with knowledge of real estate accounting principles
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple files under tight deadlines
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues quickly

Technical Skills and Licensing

• Proficiency in escrow software such as SoftPro
• Comfortable with lender portals and communication systems
• Strong command of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook with high typing speed
• Arizona Notary Public Commission (or willingness to obtain immediately)
• In-depth knowledge of TRID rules and compliance requirements

Customer Service and Professionalism

• Ability to provide borrowers with a professional, reassuring experience throughout the transaction
• Dependable and responsive communication with all parties involved
• Professional demeanor in managing sensitive financial and legal matters
