    *321895 - Student Service Analyst - Navigator (**Multiple positions available)*

    The College Enrollment Navigator provides high-quality service allowing applicants to successfully complete the college onboarding process. As a resource guide to applicants, the Navigator will embrace a holistic model of care and use a case management approach to new student onboarding. They will serve as the primary point of contact for new students until advisor-ready - decreasing the fragmentation of services and providing quality care across a continuum of enrollment requirements. The College Navigator will provide proactive outreach and support to applicants with the goal of making a positive impact on the college’s enrollment. The role reviews key admissions information, including domicile status, identity verification, academic program choice, payment options, and available college resources. Their goal is to ensure students are ready for course registration and to facilitate a smooth transition to college for their assigned caseload. The position is designed to interact with applicants both in person and virtually to provide advising and support throughout the enrollment process.

    *321896 - Student Services Analyst - Retention Coach*

    The Retention Specialist is critical in fostering student success by providing individualized academic guidance, proactive support, and resource connections to empower students to achieve their educational, personal, and professional goals. This position is central to the college's mission by creating a student-centered environment designed to orient and transition new college students and retain them beyond the first year by prioritizing individualized success strategies, persistence and academic excellence to improve their success and lead to degree completion.

    The position provides supportive functions and operations to identified first-year student success programs to achieve metrics in an effort to reduce new student melt and increase student engagement through degree completion. Facilitates the process of exploring and developing skills, helps students to identify and overcome obstacles that impede academic success and foster the development of behaviors and habits that contribute to college success and beyond. These include academic goal setting, learning and study strategies, time management and organization, self-regulation and self-efficacy. The position has a particular focus on implementing long-range strategies from a strategic enrollment management lens to address enrollment trends and track student persistence that support first-year retention and degree completion. More specifically, the Retention Specialist will have a dual role in assisting with student outreach to encourage re-enrollment and once enrolled to provide holistic case management for first-year completion and preparation for the second year. In the process of encouraging students to re-enroll and complete their education, the Retention Specialist will identify barriers that previously impacted the student's persistence and assist the student with eliminating these barriers. In addition, the position will also provide some holistic case management to students who enroll; track student academic progress, and proactively intervening as necessary. The position will also serve as a resource, connecting students to academic support, advising, career advising, financial aid, health & wellness services, and providing information needed to be informed on the support services students can utilize. Additionally, the Retention Specialist will provide academic advising during peak registration periods to support retention, persistence, and completion, by identifying students who are not registered for classes in the following term.

    *321905-Student Services Analyst-Embedded Advisor **(**Multiple positions available)*

    This position provides the necessary support for high school students to be successful in their course work and provides transition guidance to those who wish to continue at MCC after their dual credit or articulated credit classes. Support the administrative and clerical needs of MCC’s dual enrollment and other secondary/concurrent programs., Primary duties consist of advising and providing support to students, parents, and high school and college counselors and employees regarding dual enrollment and career pathway opportunities, policies and procedures. Liaison with administration, Academic Affairs, and other college offices regarding the dual credit enrollment student and administrative experience.

    The role of the Embedded Advisor is designed to assist in a smooth college transition, and better serve our high school partner districts. The advisor visits each of the six (6) area Mesa high to help students navigate the college admissions process and registration processes, explore early college opportunities, and provide support as in review and selection of academic program options. In addition, the role also serves as an ambassador and manages enrollment processes for college early, including: Dual Enrollment, which allows students to earn high school and college credits at the same time; Concurrent Enrollment, where high school students can take courses with college students, either in person, online, or in hybrid formats; Hoop of Learning, an early high school-to-college bridge program designed to empower American Indian students; and Achieving a College Education (ACE), a scholarship program supporting first-generation, underrepresented, financially disadvantaged college-bound students.

    *321908 - Student Services Analyst - Welcome Center Lead*

    This position supervises college recruiters and oversees the New Student Welcome Room and front desk area. The Student Services Analyst position leads efforts to recruit and admit new students through the development and implementation of integrated marketing and recruitment strategies necessary to meet the enrollment goals. It provides essential services to new and continuing students, community members, and guests in order to support the Welcome Center functions in effort to ensure student success. Represent the college’s interests during high profile events and to a wide range of constituents (e.g., state legislators, community leaders and organizations, parents, and students), venues (e.g., college fairs and programs, local, state, and national conferences, and events).

    *321914 - Student Services Analyst - Student Data Analyst*

    This role focuses on the technical aspects of the college’s CRM system, critical integrations with the Student Information System (SIS), and reporting to facilitate data-driven decision-making and efficient enrollment management operations from recruitment through completion. Triage data-related system issues, collaborate with IT to diagnose root causes, test fixes, and validate data sync.

    Minimum Qualifications

    Bachelor’s Degree from a regionally accredited institution and two (2) years of student services or college teaching experience, or experience coordinating, administering, planning, or evaluating programs.

    OR

    An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above, unless otherwise subject to any other requirements set forth in law or regulation.
