Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Four dedicated SLPs are sought to support students across various school locations, including Tucson, central Phoenix, Mesa, and Peoria. Qualifications/Skills:

• Valid SLP licensure and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required.
• Previous school-based experience is highly valued.
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic intervention abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with teachers, staff, and families.
• Adaptability to meet the diverse needs of a school described as discerning in their standards.
• Passion for fostering a positive and growth-oriented environment for students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments for students K-12.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs and IEP goals.
• Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and state guidelines.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create supportive learning environments.
• Participate in IEP meetings, offering expertise and recommendations.
• Engage with parents and guardians to ensure understanding and continuity of care.
• Deliver services exclusively on-site—remote, teletherapy, and SLPA support are not provided in this setting.

Each contract consists of a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours weekly, with 7.5-hour days ensuring both focus and consistency with students and staff.
