Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Arizona Occupational Therapy license required
• Experience with school-based (K-12) OT caseloads preferred
• AZ IVP fingerprint clearance card is strongly preferred
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
• Passion for helping children and adolescents achieve their fullest potential
• Must be able to work on-site (no virtual or hybrid schedules available)
• No COTAs; licensed OTs only for these positions

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans for K-12 students
• Provide direct therapy and interventions on campus
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Document progress and participate in IEP meetings
• Support students in achieving educational goals through evidence-based interventions
• Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current with best practices
