Position Overview
We are looking for a Mitigation Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for water, mold, and emergency services. This role is responsible for keeping jobs moving, supporting the team, and making sure work is completed correctly, on time, and within budget.

What You’ll Do

Team Leadership

• Manage and support technicians, supervisors, and coordinators
• Hold the team accountable to performance and safety standards
• Run regular check-ins and meetings to stay aligned
• Assist with training and development of team members

Operations

• Oversee daily job scheduling and assignments
• Ensure jobs are progressing properly from start to finish
• Review scopes of work for mitigation and demo
• Stay on top of incoming calls, jobs, and emergencies

Quality & Compliance

• Check jobs to make sure work meets company and industry standards
• Confirm proper documentation, moisture readings, and equipment use
• Ensure safety requirements are being followed

Estimating & Billing

• Review estimates for accuracy
• Help keep billing and job closeouts on track
• Work with accounting to resolve any issues

Communication & Coordination

• Communicate with customers, field teams, and internal departments
• Work closely with reconstruction and office staff to keep projects moving
• Maintain clear and updated job notes and reports

Equipment & Systems

• Oversee mitigation equipment and ensure it is maintained
• Make sure team members are properly using systems and tools

People Management

• Assist with hiring, coaching, and performance management
• Review payroll and job performance as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in mitigation, restoration, or similar field
• Strong leadership and organization skills
• Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities
• Knowledge of industry standards (IICRC preferred)
• Comfortable using job tracking and estimating software
