Job title: Billing & Attendance Tracking (Part Time)

In this role, you will:

1. Support the accurate and timely processing of childcare subsidies, QF scholarships, and Head Start attendance documentation.
2. Ensure records are complete, current, and compliant with federal, state, and agency requirements.
3. Act as the primary point of contact for routine communication with subsidy funding agencies.
4. Support daily and weekly attendance reconciliation to help maintain fiscal accuracy and prevent reimbursement delays.

What it takes:

1. High school diploma or equivalent required.
2. AA in Business Administration or related field preferred.
3. 1 year of experience in administrative support, customer service, or early childhood settings.
4. 2 years of experience with childcare subsidies or attendance tracking preferred.
5. Familiarity with childcare subsidies or attendance tracking preferred
6. Proficiency with data entry, Microsoft Office, and database systems.
7. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow structured processes.
8. Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records.

Licenses and Certifications Required :

1. Auto Insurance Certificate
2. DCS APS CBC Online Check
3. CPR and First Aid Certified (or willing to complete upon hire)
4. Food Handlers Card
5. Fingerprint Clearance Card Level 1
6. FPC DPS Verification
7. Driver's License
8. DHS Criminal History Affidavit
