Field Supervisor
- Supervise and coordinate field crews conducting utility designation, test holes, and related SUE tasks.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Utilize equipment such as GPR, electromagnetic locators, and vacuum excavation rigs.
- Conduct field audits, provide on-the-job training, and promote a culture of safety and accountability.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure clear communication and deliverables.
- Maintain accurate field documentation, site photos, and daily reports.
- Assist with scheduling, logistics, and resource planning.
- 5+ years of experience in utility locating or SUE fieldwork.
- 2+ years in a supervisory or lead role preferred.
- SUE quality levels
- Public & Private locating
- Strong knowledge of utility types, locating techniques, and damage prevention practices.
- Electromagnetic (EM) Locating, GPR, and related technologies
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor environments under varying conditions.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus.
