General Manager-AZ
Location: Glendale, AZ (Greater Phoenix Area)
Salary: $72,500-$82,500

Extended stay property seeks experienced General Manager with a proven track record in extended stay hotel operations.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of General Manager experience in an extended stay hotel environment
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing hotel teams and daily operations
- Knowledge of budgeting, labor management, revenue performance, and guest service standards
- Oversee all day-to-day hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members to drive operational excellence
- Manage property financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and labor costs
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and resolve escalated guest concerns
- Maintain brand standards, safety procedures, and regulatory compliance
- Partner with regional leadership to achieve occupancy, profitability, and performance goals
