- Active License in the state of Arizona
- Licensed clinician (required) (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMSW, LAC)
- Current CPR, AED, First Aid certifications (preferred)
- Current DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Bilingual (stipend)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Software especially 365 platform
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) - Advanced MD preferred
- Strong organizational skills and communication skills
- Knowledge of integrated healthcare delivery models
- Qualifying licensing would include: (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMSW, LAC)
