Growth Platforms - Alliance Manager, Anthropic (Manager) - C_MAT
- Strategic Leadership: Serve as the primary external liaison for Portfolio Managed alliances, reporting directly into the Lead Alliance Partner (LAP).
- GTM Execution: Develop comprehensive multi-year strategies and annual GTM plans across industries and business lines, leveraging market insights and solution plays.
- Value Proposition: Shape Deloitte's differentiated market position through advanced technology access, solution accelerators, and relationship strength.
- Portfolio Orchestration: Align priorities and enablement motions across Offering Portfolios (OP), ensuring program operations support strategic training and certification goals.
- Talent Development: Develop, coach, and manage Growth Platform-aligned teams, evolving reporting structures and talent programs to meet business needs.
- Executive Engagement: Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), executive forums, and strategic negotiations while resolving relationship escalations.

- Eminence: Co-led partner eminence strategy supporting strategic pursuits and external positioning.
- Market Growth: Opening or scaling a new adjacency with reusable firm contributions.
Quantitative Targets
- Achieve the fiscal year sales plan for the assigned alliance/relationship.
- Achieve the growth plan of partner-sourced opportunities.
- Achieve the plan for the number of certified professionals in scope.
- Actively support proposal teams with content development, sizing, pricing, and orals
The Successful Candidate Will Possess:
- Demonstrated experience building relationships with C-suite executives, technical teams, and sales leadership.
- Proven ability to translate technical signals into business and sales opportunities.
- Strong executive presence and the ability to serve as a single-threaded leader for alliance operations.
- Savvy at navigating complex organizations to connect stakeholders and drive joint solution opportunities.
- Leadership in driving Community of Practice (CoP) activation and adoption of best practices.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 8+ years of professional experience, with at least 4 years focused on alliance management or equivalent vendor experience
- 4+ years of working knowledge of alliances and the marketing space.
- 4+ years articulating value proposition for alliance products.
- 4+ years fostering and driving relationships within the relevant business lines of your alliance.
- Ability to travel 25-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $122,000-240,500. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
