General Office Administrator

General Office Administrative Assistant responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

Support General Office, Field Supervisors and General Manager.

This is an in-office position.

Required Skills:

  • 7+ years of relevant general office experience
  • 2+ years HR and A/P A/R experience required
  • Must be proficient in MS365, specifically Excel Spreadsheets
  • Detail oriented and strong organizational skills required
  • Strong interest and enthusiasm with good working attitude
  • Excellent follow up and documentation skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Able to ensure confidentiality of company related information
  • Computer literate-Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc)
  • Strong written and verbal skills

$24/hr+ DOE

After Permanent Hire:

  • Sick/Vacation pay after 90 days
  • Paid Holidays after 60 days
  • Health/Dental/Vision Plan after 90 days
  • Bonus incentives
