Production Team Member
Shift: Flexible (Day/Night/Weekend)

Overview:
Join our Manufacturing Production Team to help build world-class vehicles and electric powertrains. Work hands-on in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with engineering, quality, and supply teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble, package, and operate machinery on the production line

• Follow standardized procedures and quality/safety standards

• Maintain clean workspaces and perform equipment checks

• Support process improvement and continuous learning

• Perform physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, bending, etc.)

• Use specialized tools (training provided)

• Work any shift, including weekends and holidays**

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED**

• At least 18 years old

• Basic math and English (written & verbal) skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Good communication and teamwork

• Physically able to meet job demands

• Pass a background check

• Reliable attendance and punctuality
