Customer Service Focused Position

What You’ll Do

• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations focused on understanding each client’s needs

• Maintain accurate digital records and ensure timely follow-up communication

• Provide ongoing client support and relationship management

• Participate in weekly coaching, mentorship, and professional development sessions
