Job Description

As a Security Officer Data Center Patrol Overnight in Goodyear AZ you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a high-tech data center location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents and deliver outstanding customer service and this role you will support a caring agile and reliable team that puts people first values innovation and acts with integrity every day.

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter with awareness that working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Observe and report suspicious activity unusual conditions and/or maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Assist with access control duties by monitoring entry and exit activity and following site-specific protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
