Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred
• Valid state licensure or ability to obtain prior to start
• Experience in school-based settings, working with K-8th population
• Demonstrated skill supporting higher-needs student populations
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language services to students with a range of needs, emphasizing individualized plans for a small, high-needs caseload
• Assess, diagnose, and document speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Provide ongoing consultation and support to teachers, staff, and families
• Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in meetings as needed
• Utilize evidence-based practices and current technologies in therapy sessions
