As we continue to expand our presence at the Palo Verde Generating Station, we are seeking a driven and experienced HR/Recruiter who is local to the West Valley area to support our growing operations.

Position Overview:

The HR/Recruiter will serve as ASAP’s on-site representative at Palo Verde while also managing full-cycle recruiting efforts nationwide. This is a highly visible, relationship-driven role that directly supports hiring managers and contributes to company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner on-site with hiring managers across Engineering, Projects, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Operations.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for both contract (W-2) and direct hire positions nationwide.
• Conduct intake meetings, source candidates, screen resumes, submit qualified talent, coordinate interviews, and negotiate offers.
• Oversee onboarding processes, including compliance with site-specific requirements.
• Guide candidates through badging, fitness-for-duty, background/drug screenings, and NANTeL requirements.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines across nuclear, utility, engineering, project controls, planning/scheduling, and industrial disciplines.
• Develop strong on-site relationships to identify new hiring needs and forecast workforce demands.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, MSP/VMS systems, and internal documentation standards.
• Represent ASAP professionally during on-site meetings, walk-downs, and recruiting activities.

Required Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience within utilities, nuclear, engineering, EPC, industrial, or technical environments.
• Must reside within commuting distance of Palo Verde Generating Station (Tonopah / Buckeye / West Valley, AZ).
• Proven experience recruiting for technical roles such as engineers, planners, schedulers, project managers, and maintenance personnel.
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting large utilities or nuclear power plants.
• Familiarity with badging processes, NANTeL, fitness-for-duty programs, or outage staffing.
• Experience working with MSP/VMS systems.
• Knowledge of Arizona labor markets and energy-sector workforce trends.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).

• 100% on-site at Palo Verde Generating Station.
• Monday–Friday schedule, with flexibility during onboarding or outage periods.
