Location: Remote (U.S.) East Coast hours required; Charlotte, NC preferred for hybrid access
Position Overview:
We are seeking two highly experienced Managers to join a Global Banks Practice on a temporary engagement supporting a large global banking client. This role will focus on risk management, compliance oversight, regulatory issue remediation, and quality assurance. Successful candidates will bring a strong background in internal audit and compliance QA, with proven experience providing independent assurance, validating regulatory findings, and overseeing remediation initiatives.
This is an opportunity to work directly with a global banking client on complex, enterprise-level initiatives involving BSA/AML, OFAC, and broader financial crimes compliance. The role requires excellent analytical skills, strong communication, and the ability to effectively partner with senior stakeholders while maintaining independence.
Key Requirements:

Extensive internal audit and compliance QA experience within large financial institutions

Strong knowledge of BSA/AML, OFAC, financial crimes, and broader regulatory frameworks

Proven success in validating remediation of regulatory and control issues

Deep understanding of 2nd and 3rd line of defense functions, with ability to provide independent assurance

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Prior experience supporting or auditing global banking clients is highly desirable
