At American Solar & Roofing , we're looking for an Operations Manager to oversee warehouse and internal operations, making sure everything behind the scenes supports our construction crews in the field.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll ensure our warehouse, fleet, and internal logistics are efficient, safe, and aligned with our construction schedules. If you have a background in construction operations and a passion for building strong teams and processes, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

• Lead day-to-day operations of the warehouse team to ensure materials, tools, and equipment are always ready for the field.

• Oversee purchasing and inventory management, ensuring crews get what they need, when they need it.

• Forecast and order major system components based on project schedules.

• Manage fleet vehicles (maintenance, compliance, and usage).

• Maintain facility safety, cleanliness, and efficiency.

• Coordinate with vendors to ensure on-time deliveries and quality service.

• Support company operations by ensuring internal systems and processes align with construction needs.

• Occasionally assist with HR and accounting coordination as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in construction or construction operations (required).

• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and hold teams accountable.

• Comfortable with technology and proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

• Ability to lift up to 50–70 lbs in a warehouse setting.
