Personal Chef
We are seeking a calm, highly organized, and professional Personal Chef to support a structured executive household.
This is a private, in-home role designed to eliminate food-related decision fatigue and create a consistent, performance-focused nutrition system for a busy family.
This is not a restaurant position. We prioritize consistency, discretion, and professional execution over culinary theatrics.
Responsibilities:
Design and execute weekly meal plans aligned with performance-focused nutrition (high-protein, whole-food, minimally processed)
Prepare healthy weekday dinners
Prep grab-and-go lunches
Manage grocery sourcing and budget
Maintain organized pantry systems
Leave the kitchen cleaner than found after every service
Ideal Candidate:
3+ years private chef or hospitality experience
Strong systems thinking and planning cadence
Calm under changing schedules
Clear, concise communicator
Discreet and professional
Prefers structured, low-drama environments
Schedule:
2–4 days per week (structured cadence to be established)
Compensation:
$40–$55/hour depending on experience.
