Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $20 - $20 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Groundskeeper / Porter :

• Clean interior and exterior of the property
• Property groundskeeping including trash collection
• Assist the service team with work orders, moving furniture and unloading and storing supplies
• Assist in maintaining a clean and orderly shops, storage areas, and back of house environments
• Other duties assigned by supervisor
• Must be able to drive a golf cart and/or lift move up to 50lbs
• Must be knowledgeable of general labor, housekeeping, and cleaning tasks

Available shifts:

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
• Basic operating knowledge of landscaping tools 
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic 
• Ability to lift 40 pounds  
• Ability to work outdoors in all temperatures 
• Background check and drug screening required
