Key Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state licensure/certification to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- School-based experience is a plus, though enthusiastic clinicians without prior school experience are welcome
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with educators, families, and students
- Dedication to fostering a nurturing, inclusive environment where each child’s voice is heard
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to students with diverse needs
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop individualized intervention plans, and monitor progress
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to optimize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and progress reports in compliance with school policies
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute your clinical expertise to multidisciplinary teams
