Inside Sales - Customer Service base

Blue Sky Pest Control is hiring full-time New Client Specialist (Inside Sales) ; $50,000 - $100,000+ (hourly plus commission) . This position works onsite at our main office in Gilbert, Arizona.

What You Will be Doing

As a New Client Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers. Your main responsibility will be to handle inbound calls from individuals interested in our services. By listening attentively to their needs, you'll recommend the ideal Blue Sky program to address their unique situations.

Key aspects of your role include:

• Engaging with Prospective Customers: Handle inbound calls, understand customer needs, and recommend the appropriate Blue Sky program.
• Sales Funnel Management: Efficiently manage and track your sales funnel to ensure a smooth customer journey.
• Proactive Outreach: Reach out to existing customers to offer additional beneficial services, enhancing their experience and satisfaction with Blue Sky.
