$70,500 - $76,500 yearly

• Oversee daily operations to ensure the firm runs efficiently and effectively
• Coordinate with attorneys and staff to streamline processes and enhance productivity
• Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to support a positive work environment
• Support the firm's values and culture
• Facilitate communication between departments to promote collaboration and client satisfaction
• Manage marketing, systems, and HR

• 3+ years of experience managing daily operations within a legal or professional services environment
• Ability to coordinate effectively with attorneys and staff to streamline processes and enhance productivity
• Proven track record of implementing and maintaining office policies and procedures that support a positive work environment
• Strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration and promote client satisfaction across departments
• Experience in managing marketing, systems, and human resources functions
• Ability to support and embody the firm's values and culture in all interactions
• Proficiency in using office management software and AI tools to enhance operational efficiency
