Primary Care Physician
* Competitive salary of $250K–$280K plus quarterly bonuses, sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance
* Monday–Friday schedule (8am–5pm) with minimal phone-only call responsibilities
* 23 PTO days, 6 sick days, 12 paid holidays, CME reimbursement, and malpractice/tail coverage
* Opportunities for leadership growth, including potential advancement to Medical Director
* 401(k) with match, equity grants, and full medical/dental/vision insurance
* See fewer patients to provide comprehensive, high-impact care through an interdisciplinary model
* Physicians certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Geriatrics are encouraged to apply. Medicare/Medi-Cal eligibility required.
