About the Position:

Perform daily review and accurate coding of organizations bills to enter in a timely fashion to the accounting software system.

What You Will Do:

• Complete accurate coding of bills to proper General Ledger accounts and location.
• Verify if purchase order approval is needed and due dates on bills.
• Attach documentation of bills, approvals, and Purchase orders to bill entry in Sage Accounting Software.
• Verify Due Dates on invoices for timely payments.
• Attending meetings as appropriate to position.
• Participate in conferences and training sessions relating to areas of responsibility.
• Attention to detail.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Excellent written and oral communications skills.
• Excellent Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
