Cannabis Manufacturing Associate
We are a leading staffing company looking to hire motivated Manufacturing Associates to join a dynamic production team. - Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment according to established procedures
- Assemble products or components with precision and efficiency
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment following safety guidelines
- Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly
- Adhere to all company policies and regulatory standards
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts as required
- Set up and operate machinery following safety protocols
- Monitor product quality and adjust processes as needed
- Pack and label finished products accurately
- Document production activities and maintain logs
- Assist with inventory management and material handling
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

This position offers the following shift options, Monday through Friday:
- 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
