Commercial Insurance Agent
Pay rate - $22-25 per hour + bonuses Hours - M-F - 8-5 p.m. Job Responsibilities :- Service current book of business- Explain coverages, exclusions, deductibles, premium options, and value-added services, renewals, endorsements, audits, policy reviews, claims advocacy and cross-selling additional lines or services.
- Process Certificates of Insurance; conduct insurance needs analyses for clients: review operations, exposures, loss history, contracts, and business requirements.
- Process payments and design commercial insurance packages that meet client needs and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with underwriters, carriers and internal service/ support teams to deliver high quality service.
- Shop renewals; stay current on commercial insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory environments.
- Identify and prospect new commercial clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Leads will be provided
Job Requirements:
- Must have 2+ years of experience in commercial lines or related business insurance/ consulting environments.
- Must have a valid P&C license.
- Self-starter.
