Job Description We are looking for a dependable, knowledgeable, and efficient Automotive Service Technician to handle diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs across a wide range of Ford vehicles. This is not an entry-level position, we are looking for a tech with real-world experience who can hit the ground running and deliver results without constant supervision. Job Type & Schedule * Job Type: Full-time * Pay: Based on experience and certifications Work Requirements: * Work Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday; Saturdays as needed * Ability to Commute: Winslow, AZ (Required) * Work Location: In person Responsibilities * Accurately diagnose and repair vehicles based on customer concerns and inspection findings * Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, brake jobs, tire rotations, etc. * Handle complex repairs across engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brake, and HVAC systems * Use diagnostic tools and manufacturer resources to resolve technical issues * Communicate clearly with Service Advisors and team members about repair needs and timelines * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment * Complete warranty and recall repairs to factory specifications * Stay current on Ford training and technical updates Qualifications * 2+ years of hands-on technician experience required * Ford certifications strongly preferred * Proficiency in diagnostics, electrical, and powertrain repairs * Ability to work independently and meet productivity targets * Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail * Familiarity with OEM service software and diagnostic equipment * Valid driver's license and clean driving record * Must pass a background check and drug screening Why Join Winslow Ford We’re a dealership that invests in its people.
