The NEW Dual brand Home2 Suites and Tru by Hilton Hotel is now hiring a Building Maintenance Assistant ! This property is currently under construction and will be opening late August 2025 .

** Starting wage for this position is $19.00-$23.00 per hour but final wage will be based on experience**

Located near the Coconino National Forest and Lowell Observatory, the 105,000 sq ft Home2 Suites & Tru property features a total of 204 guestrooms, an indoor pool, two outdoor patios, a gaming zone, and a bar in the shared lobby.

How do I make an impact on my team?
Our friendly and dedicated Building Maintenance Assistant enjoys performing a wide variety of preventive maintenance tasks to provide our property guests with an exceptionally well-kept building and grounds.

• Guest room preventative maintenance such as painting, battery replacement, smoke detector checks, and HVAC cleaning
• Repair items brought to attention by property guests
• Perform minor building and equipment preventative maintenance tasks
• Assist in maintaining the pool and whirlpool spa area
• Maintain the grounds, landscaping, outbuilding and parking areas in a clean, neat, safe, and attractive manner
