Real Estate Outside Sales – Team Opportunity
We’re looking for a driven real estate sales professional to join a high-performing team where rewarding commissions, lead opportunities, and consistent business are part of the foundation.
In this role, you’ll work with motivated buyers and sellers, guiding them through every step of the process while delivering excellent service and building lasting relationships in the community.

Compensation:$150,000 at plan
Responsibilities:- A problem solver who pinpoints the needs of our clients and offers them solutions to promote a high level of comfort and trust with our client base
- Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate sales to ensure a mutually beneficial close
- Manage and qualify inbound inquiries to generate appointments so our agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently
- Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) in order to meet the needs of our customers
- Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics to ensure sales goals are met in an organized and timely fashion
