Key Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Arizona or eligibility for state licensure
• Prior experience or clinical rotations in school-based or pediatric OT preferred
• Strong understanding of IEPs, assessments, and progress tracking for K-12 students
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working with teachers, staff, and families
• Ability to adapt interventions to varying student needs and abilities
• Detail-oriented, compassionate, and committed to fostering inclusive learning environments

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and deliver occupational therapy services to students in assigned schools (specific placements provided during interview)
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote students’ academic, social, and functional success
• Provide direct interventions as well as consultative support within the classroom setting
• Maintain thorough records of assessments, interventions, and progress
• Educate staff and parents on strategies to support students’ growth and independence
