Mental Health Counselor Supervisor
Location: Arizona
Pay: $100/hr to $250/hr
Job Summary
Gotham Enterprises Ltd is looking for experienced mental health supervisors in Arizona who can guide developing clinicians through case review, ethical practice, documentation, and professional growth. This role is ideal for licensed providers who bring both clinical knowledge and a supportive approach to supervision.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision to counselors, therapists, and developing providers
- Review clinical cases, documentation, and treatment planning
- Support supervisees with ethics, boundaries, and professional decision-making
- Follow Arizona board supervision requirements
- Maintain a reliable and professional supervision structure
Requirements
- Active Arizona clinical license in good standing
- Eligible licenses may include LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or other approved independent clinical license
- Must be eligible to supervise under Arizona licensing requirements
- Previous clinical supervision experience preferred
