Allen Koch is seeking an experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a minimum of 5 years of tax experience who is looking for an exciting opportunity to grow with an accounting firm. As a Tax Manager you will primarily be responsible for managing a client base and coordinating client projects to completion. This is a unique chance for a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our team and play a key role in our firm’s growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide expert tax planning, compliance, and advisory services to individual and business clients.
· Review and prepare complex tax returns and financial statements.
· Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
· Mentor and lead junior staff, fostering their professional development.
· Participate in business development activities to attract new clients and expand the firm’s client base.
· Collaborate with other partners and team members to drive the strategic direction of the firm.
Qualifications:
· Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation highly desired
· Minimum of 5+ years of experience in tax preparation, planning, and advisory services.
· Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service
· Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Demonstrated business development skills and a network of potential clients is a plus.
· Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to take on a leadership role in a growing firm.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
