Senior Product Launch Manager - REMOTE

Accountabilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive launch plans aligning with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless product launches.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies for successful outcomes.
• Serve as the main point of communication for launch-related updates.
• Create and maintain detailed launch documentation and reports.
• Coordinate training materials and sessions for internal teams.
• Oversee quality checks to ensure launch activities meet standards.
• Conduct post-launch evaluations and gather feedback for improvement.
• Continuously refine and improve launch processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in product operations or program management.
• Proven success in leading complex product launches.
• Experience managing workflows in Aha! for product planning.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Demonstrated ability to design and scale operational processes.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Ability to coach and influence teams effectively.
