We’re hiring Certified Flaggers for full-time and part-time, day shift positions in Queen Creek, Chandler, and Mesa, AZ . These are temp-to-hire opportunities lasting approximately 3 to 9 months , depending on project needs. This role is ideal for reliable individuals who can work outdoors, follow safety protocols, and are comfortable directing traffic around construction sites.

Candidates must be certified through ATSSA to work as a flagger — however, if you’re not yet certified, we can help guide you through the process (a small certification fee of $95 applies). Reliable transportation is required , as public transit is not available in some work areas.

Responsibilities:

• Direct and control traffic flow in construction zones

• Set up and remove traffic control signs and cones

• Follow safety procedures and flagging guidelines at all times

• Communicate clearly with team members and motorists

• Remain alert and professional in a fast-moving environment

Requirements:

• ATSSA Flagger Certification (or willingness to obtain it)

• Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in varying conditions

• Reliable transportation to job sites (no bus access)

• Strong communication and listening skills

• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment

• Must pass a drug screen and background check
