**About this role:**
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant as part of Consumer Lending in Card and Merchant Services. This individual will be responsible for collaborating with 3rd party vendors, implementation, configuration on Fiserv, and managing daily controls. This position will be on the Plastics/BIN team in Product Capabilities. This role will manage reporting on Fiserv to monitor BIN activities and ensure card packages are set up accurately at Fiserv.
**In this role, you will:**
+ Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives.
+ Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics.
+ Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables.
+ Work with the line of business and marketing to install card package materials and changes to ensure customers get accurate credit card packages.
+ Creates BRD, testing, production validations for updates to card package materials.
+ Ability to logically code for credit card package set up in Fiserv's Product Control File (PCF) and work with the Decision Quest (DQ) team to schedule them for implementation.
+ May participate in Onsite Audits at Fiserv as needed.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ Highly desired Fiserv (First Data) experience
+ Familiarity with Visa, Mastercard and/or Amex network specifications
+ Understanding how these four parties work together: Merchant, Network, Processor, Wells Fargo
+ System configuration experience
+ Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access) skills
+ Broader payments experience
+ Experience navigating through ambiguity
+ Ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problem-solving techniques
+ Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
+ Experience building partnerships and consulting effectively with leadership
+ Ability to work across multiple lines of business leading large scale initiatives
+ Ability to be flexible and adjust plans quickly to meet changing business needs
+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
+ Outstanding problem solving and decision-making skills
+ Experience translating business needs into complex analysis, designs and recommendations
**Job Expectations:**
+ Must be available to work a hybrid model where you will be working on-site 3 days and at home 2 days.
