Sales Coordinator & Admin Professional
High school diploma required; associate's degree or higher preferred (or equivalent experience). Skills & Strengths A highly reliable team player who takes initiative to solve problems and support the department's needs.
Excellent attention to detail—you catch and correct errors before they become issues.
Adaptability and problem-solving skills; you're comfortable with ambiguity and aren't afraid to ask questions or do research to find answers.
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to collaborate across different teams and personalities.
Tech-savviness—you're proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Word, and Excel. Experience with CRM and project management tools is a plus! (Bonus points if you're familiar with Adobe, Zoho, or Sync.)
A growth mindset—you're excited to learn and evolve within the company. What You'll Do: Manage the back-end sales process, including order entry, status updates, purchase orders, and communication with the Creative Team for art file requests.
Oversee product development for specific customers and support the sales order process, including timeline communication and product sampling.
Ensure precise and accurate order entry, balancing workloads efficiently during peak seasons.
Work cross-functionally to keep Sales Reps and Account Executives informed about deadlines and updates.
Assist with implementing process improvements for greater efficiency in operations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales reports in CRM systems with weekly/monthly projections.
