Director, Sales Operations and Support

This role will lead a team of individuals responsible for the design, implementation, execution and ongoing support of our Salesforce CRM deployment supporting the sales and marketing deployments within Pharma Distribution. **_Responsibilities_** + Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements, pain points, and goals and build out the roadmap for Salesforce CRM. + Gather requirements from different stakeholders and teams within the business. + Own product definition and roadmap. Define and manage priority features in support of sales strategy + Act independently with little direction to understand and continually optimize the customer and user experience anticipating future needs as well as current needs. + Build features that reduce friction in the sales process and directly enhance sales team effectiveness.
